This cake I made for a 30th birthday girl. The cake is a small 9" round single layer. The starts are fondant with gumpaste and outlined in glitter sprinkles and held up with lollipop sticks. The bow is made out of the fondant with some gumpaste and the #30 is also made with the same. The cake itself is covered in whipped cream frosting. I do feel there are a tad bit to many starts, which is something I will keep in mind next time...all a learning experience I am a begginer.
