My client found a picture of a cake like this somewhere, but it wasn't labeled so I don't know who to credit. Regardless, here is my version. A 12" square (3" deep) topped off with fondant and lots of sculpted fondant and gum paste. Really wished I'd had an alphabet cutter set so I didn't have to cut all the letters out by hand, ugh. I plan to correct that soon!
