I made a chocolate and vanilla manatee cake for my niece's 11th birthday. It's covered in modeling chocolate (colored grey.) I'm not entirely thrilled with the lumpiness in the neck area. I think it was a combo of too much crumb coat and bunched up modeling chocolate. Well, we learn from our mistakes, right?!
