This is a red velvet cake that each layer has 6 layers of cake and 5 layers of cream cheese filling, crumb coated in buttercream and enrobed in fondant. I created stencils that I used to cut out the black fondant and top dotted with royal icing. Cake sizes are 12",10",8" and 6".
