This was for a friend's little girl, who turned 10. The bottom tier is chocolate cake and the top two are white, all covered in buttercream. The dots and bottles of nail polish are mmf, the bow and ribbon are mmf/gumpaste mix, and the D on the top is a cake topper provided my friend. Darbi loved her cake, and that makes it all worth it!
