I carved this cake out of a sour cream pound cake. I really have a lot of problems with some of the details. On one hand I can't believe how easy it is for me to get the overall shape of the car, on the other hand how can that be so easy for me and details like wheels, wheel wells & windshields (which don't seem that difficult, comparitively) I just can't nail????? I'm so frustrated, I really like carving cakes but it's much more fun when the final product reflects what you were working to achieve! TFL
