"Pixie Dust, meets Starry Night" This cake was for my grandmother's surprise party. There are 80 stars.My Grandmother loves Tink, and this was my way of tying that in. All tiers are white almond sour cream cake. Bottom tier has my signature chocolate mousse, 2nd tier is chocolate cherry buttercream, and the 3rd (top) tier is a fudgy chocolate buttercream.
