Newest cake made for my brothers birthday. Creme brulee flavored cake with creme brulee buttercream, dulce de leche mousse filling with a thin layer of chocolate ganache. His hobby is Hiking but he doesn't care for fondant, so tried to give it a rustic feel with the colors and the abstract chocolate garnish on top was made to resemble pine needles.
