This cake was for a customer who requested a cake similar to the "Abracadabra!" cake posted on here earlier this year. She wanted to change the color scheme a little and we added a couple of personalized details, like the number 7 on the card and the little girl's name "L-A-U-R-E-N" on the stars for Lauren who is turning 7. Strawberry cake with vanilla BC for the bottom tier, then the top tier is covered in black chocolate fondant. Fondant accents all around except for the border. This cake was really fun, but I could use some suggestions for the future about how to make the rim of the hat!! My original rim broke in two, and this one was a last minute fix...
