Flowers And Berries Cake
Nightmare cake! First time I ever made chocolate mousse and the first time using it as a filling-the mousse had chunks of chocolate in it so I had to strain it to get the big chunks out! Then, I was afraid of letting the cake get warm because of the raw egg whites in the mousse so I had to keep putting it in the fridge-when I went to smooth it I had a horrible time because the choc buttercream icing got so hard. Lettering was off & I way undercharged so I actually lost money on it. Learning experience!
