My nephew wanted his cake shaped into a book , so i used 2 rectangle tins, I placed them side by side and carved out where they joined to form the book shape. Covered the cake using Royal Icing, I used a flexible plastic ruler to press the pages on the side of the cake , this allowed me to form pages and then dusted them with silver petal dust. This was a big hit and got 2 more cake orders from this.
