This is a dummy cake made with foam forms and all fondant and gumpaste. The theme for the Stanislaus County Fair 2010 cake is "Flavors of the Valley". I have oranges, apples, tomatoes, strawberries, chocolate, wine, Gouda cheese, olives and grapes...all products on the Central Valley California. My cake won 2nd place at the fair! The wine glasses are filled with faux water or craft water, which is an epoxy use with silk flower vases, plus I use food coloring to color it. The wine glasses are real, everything else is fondant.
