5-tier Topsy Turvy - for 100 people. My 4th topsy turvy cake... They seem to be getting larger each time ;) Vanilla sponge cake with raspberry mousse, fresh strawberries and chocolate mousse. Used white chocolate for crumb coat to secure the shape. Decorated with MMF. Calla lilies and roses are also MMF with tylose. TFL :)
