grad. cake for a friends co-worker that just finished college. She wanted something feminin. WASC cake/choc. mousse filling and hazlenut buttercream. Fondant accents, first time making ribbon flowers. Tassle fell apart when putting on hat...I think I need a clay extruder as I rolled the tassle by and and it took forever. TFL
