made for my friend's son's 1st birthday themed around a trip to the Bronx Zoo. Lions made with MMF, orange mane cut out w mini tart pan. Monkeys iced w/ chocolate frosting darkened w/ black gel food coloring, tan MMF & junior mints. & by reuqest of the mommy (she calls her son Puffin) I made the Penguins (recipe courtesy of "Hello Cupcake), also using choc frosting darkened w/ black gel food coloring.
