I did a Strawberry Shortcake theme for my daughter's 3rd birthday. This is only the 2nd cake I have ever made in my life and I was happy it turned out okay! I just used a 8 in heart shaped pan and did 2 layers and iced it with the triple star tip and added chocolate chips for the seeds.
