The photo of the single cupcake is what I call a 'reverse swirl'. Usually, I start at the outside and work my way to the middle... (see pic with the 3 cupcakes) but with this, I started in the middle and worked my way out! My 11 year old son said it looks a bit like a rose!! :o)
