Customer's Grandmother was an avid believer in wearing a hat EVERYWHERE! Needless to say, she did not allow her party guests to eat the hat. Hat is covered in MMF and consists of 2 layer 6 inch rounds sitting on two layer sheet. I really enjoyed making this cake for my client's 91 year old grandmother.
