This is my first wedding cake made it this past weekend for a friend. I am tickled about how it turned out! The flowers are made out of royal icing. The cakes, covered with white chocolate flavored fondant, are white with strawberry filling, chocolate fudge with dark chocolate ganache filling (could kill you!), and butter yellow with chocolate moose filling. Wish I had been invited to the wedding so I could have had some!
