This was copied verbatim from a book. Wasn't too successful with the tutu and flood work as it was my first try. Shouldn't do firsts on a cake going out, but you live and learn. The little girl turned 10 but was told before the party she was turning 11 (or was it visa versa) anyways, had to take the numbers out and stuck candles there so you couldn't see the marks. Go figure!
