I did this cake for another one of my many grandchildren! Have 15 now and one on the way!!! Bottom tier is carrot cake with cream cheese icing, top tier is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream with sprinkles in filling. All decorations are fondant or fondant/gumpaste mix. Not too happy with my edges this time. Thanks to Amberlenee for some of the ideas, and someone else on CC, not sure who's cake :) TFL!!
