It's been ages since I've done a cake. This is just buttercream icing. Top layer is a white cake. Bottom layer is chocolate. Tinkerbell on top is actually a 3-d scrapbook embellishment. I'll use it on the birthday scrapbook page in my daughter's memory book. Recycling! LOL
