I made this for my husbands 29th birthday. He loves Spam Musubi. (I guess it's a Hawaiian thing) Yellow cake covered in butter cream frosting. Seeweed is tinited gum paste then painted again after applied. Rice is grated fondant on top and piped frosting on sides.
