This was for a child's birthday party where they had an air inflated (50 ft long x 16 ft high) Sea Serpent for the kids to play in. 1/2 white - 1/2 chocolate with Almond BC. The sea serpent was BC with fondant accents.

Nice cake. Great incorporation of the serpent to the cake. I also like the letters, are they chocolate?
