This cupcake was absolutely delicious!!! Everybody loved them!!! First you start with a handmolded chocolate shell, then sit a cupcake inside of it. The chocolate shell acts as your cupcake liner...but it's edible! Then you put a scoop of ice cream on top of the cupcake and then frost it in whip cream!!! For this cupcake I used chocolate cake and peanut butter ice cream!!! Yummy!! ( I found it works best if you leave the cupcakes in the freezer for a few hours before serving, so everything freezes together!)
