This was a quick cake I made for my 3rd Wedding Anniversary. I had just come back from the ICES convention in DC and got myself a basketweave roller and decided I wanted to try it out for my own cake ;-)) It was a 6" Almond cake with Almond Espresso Btcm. Yummy!
Beautiful. Where did you get the roller and how much did it cost? Those flowers are beautiful. The cake combination sounds great. I am always looking for different ideas. Do you mind sharing the recipes if you think they are worth sharing?
I got the roller at the ICES DC convention for about $8...The flowers are recycled from the "Auria" cake. The cake is basically a yellow cake with almond oil, and for the buttercream 3tbs of Amaretto with 2.5 tsps espresso coffee...Let that mix well before adding to your buttercream. It's my favorite!

Just celebrated my 4th anniversary this past 25th with the Cartman cake...We beheaded him and gave him to our neighboor
Pretty cake
Can the BW roller be used on buttercream or only fondant, chocolate etc?
