Chocolate cake (Hersheys cake) covered in Ednas chocolate buttercream. Filled with cherry pie filling. Covered in chocolate ganache and topped off with more cherry filling. First time doing the ganache so learned about letting it set up a little longer before putting it on. Also piped on it before it set up so I had part of the piping fall and had to try to redo it. Luckily the cake is for Stepmom and I know she will still love it and understand the imperfections unlike a lot of customers would.
