This was my VERY first attempt at a cake of ANY sorts. I did this for my daughters 2nd birthday. After MANY MANY struggles with the YUCKY store bought frosting, this is what we came up with. I had no idea it would be so HARD to work with canned frosting. The whole cake MELTED about 3 hours after it was made. I had to redo it all...but I guess not too bad for a 1st! =) It's just kind of a TILTED castle cake =)
