My first ball pan cake. I made this for my tennis captain for her birthday. The racket was made out of gumpaste, the ball was chocolate cake covered with buttercream frosting that unfortunately decided to roll around in my car. I got it in time before anything serious could happen to it (fortunately it was very firm from being in the fridge all night). Darn round balls!
