I made this for my nieces 1st b-day. I wanted to do more with this cake, but I ran out of time. I wanted to have more random flowers, some leaves & details, & a shell border on the bottom of the sheet cake. I have never made flowers before. I used 2 batches of yellow cake, 1 batch chocolate pound cake ( for carving the face) 2 batches chocolate fudge cake for the sheet cake. It is decorated with Buttercream.
