Red Velvet cake, Decorators Cream Cheese for filling and crumb coat, and homemade MMF. Inspiration came from this month's ACD mag. It's really hard to see but there is a "16" at the top with bees flying around it (some cut off in pic) .... I discovered that I really don't like working with fondant to cover the cake but I enjoyed making the bees and the flowers.
