This was made as a surprise for one of my clients parents for their 59th wedding anniversary. 12" strawbwerry swirl mud, white choc ganache, whitw fondant painted in gold lustre and dusted with gold, royal icing scrollwork and gumpaste roses, this cake had a few firsts in it: my first painted lustre cake and my first handmade gumpaste roses.
