Stacked 3-tiered beach themed wedding cake, 6"-8"-10". Top 2 tiers are Kaluah Coffee (chocolate fudge cake made with Kaluah and filled with coffee cream) and the bottom is boston cream (vanilla cream cake with chocolate bavarian filling). The shells are marbled white, dark and milk chocolate, and the pearls are made from rolled buttercream fondant. All three tiers are iced in my special buttercream recipe and covered with rolled buttercream fondant. Congrats to Keri and Randy on their special day.
