Lady's Night Out Ices Convention 2006

I made this cake for the 2006 ICES convention in Dallas, I just found my picture on the computer. This could be used for Mother's Day or a Bridal Shower. I had a lot of fun making it. It was published American Cake Decorating Oct/Nov 2006 issue, boy was I suprised.

Beautiful cake! Stunning color. I see why they published it! How do you make the puff border you have on the cake board?
