The rainbows were supposed to be color flow, but I didn't feel like I was up to that challenge. So I cut the shapes I needed out of cardboard, and I actually colored the rainbows on paper, then glued the paper to the cardboard. The rainbows are supported by lollipop sticks that are stuck into the sides of the cake.
