Fall Wedding Cake
Cake tiers were carrot cake, red velvet cake, lemon and white. The room setting was absolutely beautiful, Autumn colored leaves everywhere was the theme. The cake had green, orange, gold autumn leaves along with acorns, grapes. Buttercream icing. October Wedding in Central Missouri.

All the leaves (Oak & Maple) were made of fondant, using Wilton leaf cookie cutters. The acorns are real, we washed and scrubbed them with soap & water, then applied an edible coating over them. Was going to use frosted real grapes but they were too big and heavy, so got these smaller/lighter grapes at Walmart craft section. All were sprayed with a shiny edible coating. :wink:
