First time practicing with royal icing â making roses and crosses, etc. (I have not tried, since then) this was a 2 tier cake for a confirmation. The cakes were covered with whipped cream and decorated with butter cream and royal icing designs. Any tips on making on making royal icing figures are appreciated. KMG
