My husband makes my images for me from the computer. we findthe images then we print them on icing sheets, then I cut them out, I put a thin layer of piping gel on the back attach to fondant then I cut that out and let it dry. I attach a popcycle stick to the back with melted white chocolate so they will stand out.
Iam not sure what the green stuf is but the grass is done with the grass tip and the leaves on the palm tree are fondant, which I had so much trouble with so I don't use that anymore.
Boween, GREAT cake as always! I love your work. FYI, I made palm trees with pretzle rods and royal icing with the leaf tip (made on wax paper 3 leaves attached) then once they were dry, attached with chocolate. Maybe that would work better for you. I had no problems.

The green wilton is what I used, it didn't take a whole jar though!!!
Love the color! What kind of gel did you use to get such vivid green frosting? I used all of my Wilton Leaf Green and got nowhere near your color.
