I was wondering if anyone could help me on where I can find a cookie/fondant cutter for the bears and bulls logo?

Since those logos are copyrighted you probably won't find any.  Also that makes it illeagle to sell any product using them :(

perhaps JB cookie cutters

Is there another way to cut it out.. As neatly as that? 

You can print the image, lay it down on fondant and use an exacto knife to cut it out.
