I work in RBC (rolled buttercream) on cookies, wanting to make black and white striped cookies without piping RI onto RBC or RI black and white stripes, because I want a clean line.  Ideas?  RBC works a lot like Fondant, so how is it done in Fondant?  TIA!!

It's been many, many yrs since I've worked w/RBC.  I would think you could tint it blk, roll it out & cut strips.  OR cover w/all one of the colors and cut strips of the other to lay on top.

i would make two or three zebra stripe cookie cutters or fashion a few out of other cookie cutters and insert the black stripes into the same white cut outs then cut the whole thing into the shape of the cookie -- if you place it frozen onto the warm cookie -- well that's how i do it -- place it frozen onto a hot cookie --

but anyway i'm sure you have your method --

best to you
