I am making a fondant cake for an anniversary with figurines of the couple on it. The man wears spectacles so I have been asked to make a figurine wearing spectacles too! Any idea how these can be made and how they would stick on the face?please help!

I would make them ahead of time out of gumpaste using a clay extruder (or you can just roll some gumpaste really thin).  Let them dry, then just attach them to the face with a tiny bit of  edible glue.

Cook angel hair pasta. Shape as desired. Let dry. Color as needed /w edible marker.

Assuming the figures are just toppers and not part of the edible cake, I'd just do them out of floral wire.  Wire is ok when used with flowers, so why not figures?

I made a figure with glasses, it's in my gallery.  I rolled out thin fondant and cut it out with an exact knife. It was very small detail work.  I tried to roll it out and shape it but my hands are too hot.
