HI, I am making a wedding cake and they want a 3 tiered cake, but it's for 150ppl, I don't think 3 tiers is enough.. and they

want the top tier saved..

You can do a 3 tier cake and have a sheet cake in the kitchen with the extra needed servings.

Whats's the biggest size you can bake in your oven? I ask bc if it's 14in, then you would do 6/10/14 and a sheet cake. If you're not into the idea of a sheet cake, then sway the customer to do 4 tiers instead.

Thank you I though that as well. 6 over 9 over 12 and a sheet cake would do 150?

you would want your the kitchen cake to be the same composition as your tier cake -- if each tier in your wedding cake is two or three or four layers filled with whipped cream and strawberries then your kitchen should be the same
