A

Hi! I am wanting to make a cake for a friend whom LOVES cinnamon crumb cake. I want to be able to ice it (preferably with a smbc) and cover/decorate it with fondant. However, I have many questions.

Will it be stable enough? What should I fill it with? How do I make the crumble topping if I won't be baking it on top of the cake? Should I use plain smbc or flavor it some how?

Thank you for your help!!!!!!!!

Ashley

AI think you should use the crumble topping as a filling with some cream cheese icing.

AYes! I was wanting to use the crumble as a feeling, but didn't even think of cream cheese frosting! Thank you guys so very much! It's definitely been one of those weeks where I feel completely brain dead :-)
