What Kind Of Chocolate (Semisweet, Etc) To Be Used In Baking?

Many recipes call for chocolates or semisweetdark70% cocoa chocolates, etc.


Are these regular chocolates that we get from chocolate/candy section or are those cooking chocolates from baking section?

both--they are interchangeable


and nowadays more of them have their percentages listed on there
