What do I do! The frosting on the cake stays for about 24hrs...then it begins to slide or bubble off the cake. i use buttercream dream recipe found on cakecentral. Only things I can think of is the weather, I make the frosting to thin or creamy, or perhaps I shouldn't freeze my cake prior to crumb coating it.
Any one have an idea or had a similar problem ..solutions please & thank you!

It stays iced for as much as 24 hrs but then falls off?
That sure is odd!
You fz the cake before crumb coating? Is that because you are baking ahead or are you doing it for another reason?
Has the cake defrosted by the time you are adding the finish coat of icing or is it still fzn? If it is fzn that probably is the problem.
It also sounds like the icing might be too thin. I prefere icing my cakes w/a med/thin consistency rather than real thin.
