If You Do Giant Cookie Cakes, Please Come In!

I've been doing cakes and cupcakes - but am branching out a bit to offer giant cookie cakes, 12". In my testing, I think the best way to do this is use the disposable aluminum pizza pans to bake them on. And package them still in that aluminum pan, into the box.
What do you do, and where do you get your supplies for this?
Thanks!
I bake mine in regular cake pans (this also gives me a lot of size and shape options) then turn out onto a regular cake board (right onto the decorative one, not an ugly, plain one) and into a regular cake box.
We bake giant cookies on a pizza crisper above a pan, and as above we move it directly to a decorative cake board in a cake box.
Here's one example of a crisper:

Do you guys not have issues with the cookie falling apart in the transfer? I guess maybe I could cut parchment paper to fit the crisper, then just slide the paper over to the box? So that there's support beneath the whole cookie.

Yah, what she ^^^^^ said
I've made them for over 25 yrs and have never had any problems w/them breaking ever.
I used cake mix and made three 8" cookies from one mix. they are thick - about 1".
They don't go directly into the box but onto covered cake boards w/a generous dollop of b'cream icing to anchor them.
Most of the time I was next to a U-Bake pizza place and got plain pizza boxes (1" deep as opposed to cake boxes 4" deep) to put them in.
When those were no longer available, I just covered them w/plastic wrap on the cake boards.

I flip the cookie upside down onto a cardboard, set the pretty cardboard on top, then flip back right side up. Make sense? You could definitely have trouble if you try to just pick it up with your hands.

Yes it does I have TONS of 12" cake circles. I can certainly spare those to use for cookie cakes as well, and since they're the same size as the cookie I'll be making it won't be too ugly to look at since you probably won't see it lol.
I do as KoryAK does.
I do them in all shapes and stack them with buttercream filling. They look like a cake.
