I'm thinking about buying these Topsy Turvy cake pans made by Fat Daddio. I cannot carve them in that shape so I'm thinking this would be a whole lot easier. Does anyone use these kind of pans to do topsy turvy cakes? Do they work well? Do they look as good (or better) than carving them by hand?
