Does anyone know if dyed flowers will stain the buttercream icing?

Are you talking fresh/real flowers?
I have had many cakes over the years that the client put fresh flowers on and never had a problem.

Yes, I'm talking about fresh flowers. So fresh dyed flowers should be fine?
