I apologize if this has been asked before, but as I have just started doing these, I don't know the answer. How far in advance can you make cake pops? I have a huge cake in a couple of weeks, but I also have cake pops due that same Saturday. I usually start a cake on a Wednesday, so I'm not quite sure when to do the cake pops. I would like to start them on Monday, but will they still be okay for Saturday? Thank you all you cake pop/balls expert. I just had to say cake balls once. icon_lol.gif

You can easily keep them in the fridge for a week, possibly 2.

You could make up the balls and fz them for up to a year then just dip them up to a week ahead.
