... or just mildly ridiculous.

I have a bowl of very delicious but very soft chocolate IMBC.

I hate to throw things away when there's nothing actually wrong with them....

.... I thought I'd experiment and put it in the ice-cream maker.

What do you think?

Leftovers?
Isn't that what cake scraps and fresh strawberries were made for? icon_wink.gif

Ice cream sounds D-I-V-I-N-E. In fact, if you look up some ice cream recipes, I bet you'll find some that use a very similar base anyways. If that doesn't work out, you can always make brownies!! (That's what I do with my chocolate that doesn't work out.)

LOL! I'll do it in the morning and let you know how I get on.

It's quarter past eleven now and I'm about fit to drop!!

The reason I have a large bowl of choc IMBC is because... well, I just can't make choc IMBC! It goes too soft, even though I left the melted choc to really cool before mixing in. icon_sad.gif

Night, all! Will let you know how it goes tomorrow.
